Shipping: NOK 249 / approximately EUR 22 with tracking
Dispatch: Normally within 1–2 business days
Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch

We do not currently ship to the United States.

Customs and Import Charges

Orders delivered outside Norway may be subject to local VAT, import duties, customs clearance charges or other fees. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are determined by the destination country.

Customs clearance may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery time.

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, was refused, or import charges were not paid, the customer may be responsible for the actual return shipping and customs costs.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Parcels

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@welhavens.com. We will help investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Return

We hope you are happy with your order.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act.

Before sending anything back, please email us at info@welhavens.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and tell us which item(s) you wish to return. We’ll guide you from there.

The return must be sent within 14 days of notifying us.

For returns from outside Norway, please contact us before sending the parcel to help avoid unnecessary customs charges.

Important return conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, briefs cannot be returned.

  • Bodysuits may only be tried on over your own underwear.

  • Bras may be tried on carefully to assess the fit.

To receive a full refund, returnable garments must be unwashed, scent-free, free from marks and have all tags attached. Please return the garment in its original black tissue paper where possible.

If a returned garment shows marks, scent, stretching or other signs of handling beyond what is necessary to assess its fit, the documented reduction in value will be deducted from the refund. If the garment can no longer be sold, this may equal the full value of the item.

This does not affect your right to make a complaint if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Additional information

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Standard outbound shipping is refunded only when the entire order is returned, as required by law. Return shipping, additional delivery costs and original shipping costs for partial returns are non-refundable.

International returns must follow the return instructions provided by Welhavens. Any documented customs or carrier charges incurred because these instructions were not followed may be deducted from the refund.

If a parcel is refused or not collected, any documented return shipping, customs or carrier charges paid by Welhavens may be deducted from the refund.
